– Liveaboard Training Experience

1. How is this different from a regular sailing charter?
This is not a luxury all-inclusive trip. It’s an interactive training experience where you actively participate in sailing, maintenance, and daily tasks to prepare for life as a liveaboard.
2. Do I need sailing experience?
No prior experience is required! Whether you’re a beginner or have some experience, we tailor the training to your level.
3. What will I be doing on board?
You’ll be involved in sailing, route planning, anchoring, cooking, maintenance, and troubleshooting boat systems—everything that comes with real liveaboard life.
4. Is this a certification course?
No, this is real-world, hands-on training, not a formal sailing certification. However, you’ll gain practical skills and confidence that are invaluable for your future liveaboard journey.
5. Will I have my own cabin?
Yes, depending on the group size. Our catamaran has three guest cabins, but this is a shared learning experience, so space is limited.
6. What’s included in the price?
Accommodation on Nova IVIX
